I'm the founder of Oak & Grace Business Support, a Pennsylvania-based business support company specializing in equine, agricultural, and rural small businesses.
I created Oak & Grace to help business owners take care of the behind-the-scenes work that so often gets pushed to the bottom of the list. From organizing inboxes and records to updating websites, managing client communication, and keeping everyday tasks moving, I provide dependable support tailored to your business.
I understand that when you're running a small business, you often have to wear every hat. My goal is to take some of those hats off your head—so you can spend more time focusing on your clients, your animals, your farm, and the work you love.

Why I Built Oak & Grace
The idea for Oak & Grace began while my husband and I were selling our home and buying our new one. Throughout the process, I watched our real estate agent juggle an incredible amount—clients, paperwork, communication, her business, and even bringing her children along while she worked.
I remember thinking that she had so much potential to focus on what she did best if some of the tedious, behind-the-scenes tasks could simply be taken off her plate.
That idea stayed with me.
As I began building Oak & Grace, I discovered how much I genuinely enjoyed the work behind the business—creating my website, reaching out to people, organizing information, figuring out systems, being creative, and finding ways to make things run more smoothly. More importantly, I realized how much I loved the idea of helping small-business owners have more time to focus on the work they actually care about.
Why Equine & Agricultural Businesses?
My connection to the equine and agricultural world runs much deeper than simply choosing a niche.
Horses have been a passion of mine since I was nine years old, when I began riding and competing in barrel racing and other events. Growing up, animals and agriculture were simply part of life. We raised pigs, cattle, goats, chickens, and more, and I later had the opportunity to work at a large-animal veterinary clinic—an experience I truly loved.
I understand the language, the lifestyle, and the reality behind these businesses.
I know that running a barn, farm, or agricultural business isn't just about what happens in the office. There are animals to care for, clients to communicate with, schedules to manage, equipment to maintain, and countless tasks that happen long before anyone sits down at a computer. Add family and everyday life, and those small administrative tasks can quickly become the things that keep getting pushed aside.
That's where I want Oak & Grace to come in.
